The team at Taureau Group, LLC is pleased to announce that our client, KDV Label Co., Inc. and its sister company, I-Graphics, LLC (collectively “KDV”), has been acquired by Mason Wells, a Milwaukee-based private equity firm.
KDV, with two manufacturing locations in Waukesha, WI and Loveland, CO, produces pressure-sensitive adhesive labels, digital labels, unsupported film labels, and other specialty labels for a variety of consumer applications. The Company also performs printing, laminating, slitting, inspection, and other converting operations.
KDV will be owned by Mason Wells, members of the Vaughn family and current management team, and other co-investors. The management team will remain in place, and KDV will continue to be led by CEO and second-generation president Shane Vaughn.
