Grant Tilkens

As an Analyst Intern at Taureau Group, Grant supports the investment banking team through industry research, company analysis, and by assisting with a wide range of tasks throughout the deal process. Grant is currently pursuing a Finance degree at Marquette University, where he is set to graduate in 2027. He also serves as Treasurer and founding member of the Investment Banking Association at Marquette University (MUIBA). 

Prior to joining Taureau Group, Grant gained hands-on finance experience at Dane Manufacturing, one of the fastest-growing privately held manufacturing companies in the U.S. This exposure to fast-paced strategic growth sparked his interest in investment banking and advising companies through critical stages of their business lifecycle. Additionally, this year Grant was recognized as a global finalist in the National Investment Banking Competition (NIBC). Outside of work, Grant is a private pilot who enjoys aviation and staying active through mountain climbing.
