Taureau Group Announced Promotions

Taureau Group, LLC is pleased to announce Tyler Carlson and Mike Schroeder have recently been promoted to vice president.

Taureau Group provides full-service merger and acquisition services to guide privately held, middle-market companies through a complete transaction process. Carlson and Schroeder work closely with company owners and within Taureau Group to lead and support the execution of M&A projects which includes business sales and divestitures, acquisitions, management buyouts and recapitalizations.

Carlson has been involved in nearly 50 M&A transactions. He holds a Master of Business Administration with a finance concentration from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering from the University of Minnesota. He is a member of the Wisconsin chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth and chairs the ACG Cup committee. He also volunteers with The First Tee of Milwaukee County and the Milwaukee Lakefront Marathon.

Schroeder has been involved in over 25 M&A transactions and over 100 financing transactions. He holds a Master of Business Administration from Marquette University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in finance from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh. He is a member of the Wisconsin chapter of the Young ACG and is also involved with Junior Achievement.
