Corey Vanderpoel, MBA

With over 20 years in the industry, Corey’s vast experience, knowledge, and diligence in M&A strategies has led Taureau Group to bring value and success to hundreds of clients. His extensive experience includes preparing companies for sale by creating value, developing buy- and sell-side strategies, initiating the marketing process and speaking with potential targets, executing the auction process, and negotiating transaction terms. Through understanding his clients’ specific objectives, Corey’s ability to recognize the uniqueness of each client allows him to bring every scenario forward for consideration.

Corey received his BS from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh in Finance, and then went on to earn his MBA in Finance from Marquette University. He is a Licensed Registered Representative (Series 63,79, ad 82), as well as a proud recipient of the 40 under Forty Award from the National Association of Certified Valuations & Analysts and is involved with several industry community organizations, including formerly sitting on the Board of Directors for the UWO Alumni Association and currently on the Board of Directors for PBS Holdings, Inc. & Peoples State Bank.

Corey is a current member of the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG), Wisconsin Chapter so he remains connected with the brightest minds and interested organizations at all times to better position clients and Taureau Group for success.
