The team at Taureau Group, LLC is pleased to announce that our client, Sanborn Tube Sales of Wisconsin, Inc. has been acquired by Russel Metals, Inc. (TSX: RUS), a Toronto-based metals distribution and processing company.
The Sanborn operation, based in Pewaukee, is situated close to Russel’s three Wisconsin service centers and offers the opportunity for the combined business to expand the metal distributor’s product offering.
