The team at Taureau Group, LLC is excited to announce that our client, Formrite Companies, Inc. (“Formrite”), an industry-leading provider of tube bending and fabrication services, and powder coat painting, has been acquired by G3 Industries, Inc.

Headquartered in Two Rivers, Wisconsin, Formrite’s core capabilities include cutting, deburring, bending, brazing, welding and painting of 1/4-inch to 3-inch tubes. The Company is a tier 1 supplier to OEMs, including Caterpillar and John Deere.

G3 Industries, Inc. is a manufacturer and supplier of custom wire forms, welded assemblies, precision machined components, fabricated tubes, precision turned components, 3D Laser, 2D Laser and stamped parts.
