Headquartered in Racine, Wisconsin, Johnson Outdoors provides outdoor recreation products and equipment serving the diving, fishing, watercraft recreation, and camping markets.
Endless Summer Technologies, based in South Africa, is primarily an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) of high-end SCUBA diving equipment.
Taureau Group, LLC advised Johnson Outdoors on the transaction.
