The team at Taureau Group, LLC is thrilled to announce that our client, Mixer Systems, Inc. (“Mixer Systems”), a manufacturer of concrete machinery and equipment, has been recapitalized by an affiliate of Bel Air Growth Partners.

Headquartered in Pewaukee, Wisconsin, Mixer Systems is the largest manufacturer of pan mixers in North America. The Company’s 86,000 square foot facility houses advanced product planning, state-of-the-art manufacturing, and the capability of designing and constructing concrete batch plants from the ground up.

Bel Air Growth Partners is a Milwaukee, Wisconsin-based private equity group with a focus on investments across the lower middle market.
