The team at Taureau Group, LLC is excited to announce that our client, Managed Packaging Systems, Inc. (“MPS”), a portfolio company of Kinsale Capital Partners, LLC, has been acquired by NASSCO, Inc., a distributor of janitorial, packaging, food service, and safety supplies and equipment.

Headquartered in Hartland, Wisconsin, MPS is a leading supplier of packaging materials, equipment, automation solutions, service and spare parts. The Company provides packaging solutions across several industries, including agricultural, automotive, contract packaging, industrial, and pharmaceutical/medical.
